Yes! Let it be known that on this day (October 3rd, 2008), The Department of Light Conversation has been completed! All of you citizens that bugged me about a message board may now bask in your own glory. I mean that. Go bask right now.

 

     Once you're done basking in your glory as a citizen, I suggest you go sign up for an account on the web-page thing for the Department of Light Conversation. Unfortunately, you can't have one account that logs you into both the main site and the DLC site, but I'm sure you'll be fine as long as you use the same login info or perhaps just write it down or something. Anyway, go sign up, discuss things, and be sure to drop by often. With luck, this department will become an active outlet for free speech within our mighty country.
